Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were beautifully decorated to the highest standard, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday special with balloons, a birthday card, and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. However, there was a small issue with a leaky window during my stay.
The hotel offers cool and contemporary rooms but could enhance comfort with additional seating. While the value for money was not as expected for a premium stay, the location is a lovely bonus with plenty of nearby activities. The service was attentive but lacked senior direction, and the dining experience, although divine, may not be ideal for business travelers due to late hours.
The hotel had a lovely setting with friendly and attentive staff. The room allocated to me was very hot, making it difficult to sleep. However, the complimentary glass of prosecco added a nice touch to the welcome.
The hotel provided a spacious yet cozy room with beautiful decor and high-standard finishes, ideal for disabled access. However, the room was very hot, even with a fan, making it difficult to sleep solely due to the temperature.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very stylish and comfortable, located in a quiet area with great en-suite facilities and luxury toiletries. The complimentary glass of prosecco was a nice touch, but there were some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had such beautiful views and peaceful surroundings—a perfect location to explore Somerset with everything you need. The room was nicely allocated but a bit small for disabled access. The staff was really nice and welcoming, making our stay friendly and respectful. The dining experience was lovely, although breakfast ending at 8:00 am was a bit late for a business traveler. The facilities were modern and convenient, providing everything we needed for a Christmas getaway.
